Just as everything everyone has done over the past six months, the Lewis & Clark Conference has laid out the COVID-19 rules for each school in the conference.
Each school laid out its own rules, and each is a bit different.
The rules should be helpful in determining masks, chairs and food when traveling to away games within the northeast Nebraska conference.
The items mentioned below are all subject to change at any time, and should be considered before traveling to any other schools or events out of Plainview.
The following is a listing for each of the schools within the conference:
Allen: Masks required when social distancing not available. Volleyball, bring a mask. Football bring a mask if sitting in the stands. Student sections must wear masks. Concession stand available, prepackaged items and drinks. No pep bands.
Bloomfield: Masks required to enter any contest/game. Masks will be available at the door for $1.00. Student section masks are required and elementary students must sit with family groups. Concession stand will be open but masks are required to stand in line. Pep band is limited to the BHS pep band only.
Creighton: No masks required. Social distancing recommended. Open concession stand.
Emerson-Hubbard: Masks required when social distancing is not available. Student section must wear a mask. 400 people max in gym. Concession stand is drinks and pre-packaged items only.
Hartington-Newcastle: Masks are not required except in commons area, hallways, restrooms and concessions area. Masks will be available for $1.00. Fans can only take off masks if family groups are social distancing. Student Section must wear masks. Concession stand is pop, candy and other pre-packaged items. Masks are required to order at the concession stand.
Homer: Masks are required all the time. Disposable masks will be available for spectators. Social distancing is required throughout the facility, gym or field. Concessions will be available and masks required.
Laurel-Concord-Coleridge: Masks are not required. Social distancing is asked when possible. No student sections are available. Concession stand will be available - workers required to wear masks and gloves.
Osmond Public Schools: Masks are required. No social distancing. No limit in gym 275 people or 75% capacity. Concession stand with limited options.
Plainview Public Schools: Masks are required for indoor activities and outdoor activities in the stands. In addition, in the restrooms and concessions. Disposable masks will be available for $1.00. Indoor crowd will be limited to 350 fans per team. They will have a concession stand.
Ponca Public Schools: Masks will be required. Social Distancing is required. No student section. Concession stand will be available.
Randolph Public Schools: Masks are required at the concession stand only. Social Distancing will be in effect. Student sections are allowed. Concession stand will have pre-packaged food only. Social distancing will be required while in line at the concession stand.
Wakefield Community Schools: Masks are required. Social Distancing is required. Concession stand will consist of pre-packaged snacks and bottled drinks.
Walthill: Masks required. Masks will be available. No student section will be available. In the gym, 50% capacity, 1,200 people, sit in family groups. Concession stand open - very limited-drinks and candy.
Wausa Public Schools: Masks required for indoor venues. Social distancing is required when possible. Concession stand may be limited.
Winnebago Public Schools: Masks are required. Masks will be available. No student section or social distancing. No concession stand - bottled water will be available.
Winside Public Schools: Masks are required.Some will be available for purchase. Social distancing will be required. There will be no student section. No concession stand.
Wynot Public Schools: Masks required. Masks will be available for $5.00 per mask. Concessions will be limited indoors to pop water and Gatorade/Powerade.
